Since items are custome made, finished sizes may vary slightly.

Cancellations

Please make sure that if any change orders are required, we are notified promptly.
No cancellations will be accepted 48 hours after your receipt of your acknowledgement.

Processing

Orders are processed promptly. Since most of our products are custom made, delivery is usually two to six weeks. When you place your order, we will inform you by telephone or fax of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping

When the product is received at the closest terminal to your client’s residence, a representative of the common carrier will contact your client to arrange delivery. Items will not be brought inside the door and will be brought no closer than the threshold of the residence.

Please make your client aware that it is your client’s responsibility to bring the items inside and set the items up.

Transit Damage

A claim for damage in transit by the carrier is the consignee’s (end-user) responsibility.

Returns & Re-Stocking Fees

Returns will not be accepted without prior factory authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed to all returns not covered under the warranty.
