:: SHIPPING ::Up To Date InventoryDirect to You Adult Mattresses, Box Springs, and Foundations Via Common Carrier – Drop Ship DeliveryWhen the product is received at the closest terminal to your client’s residence, a representative of the common carrier will contact your client to arrange delivery. Items will not be brought inside the door and will be brought no closer than the threshold of the residence. Please make your client aware that it is your client’s responsibility to bring the items inside and set the items up. Via Home Direct USA/Bekins – Drop Ship Delivery When the product is received at the closest terminal to your client’s residence, a representative of the Home Direct USA/Bekins carrier will contact your client to arrange delivery. You may request either gold or silver service (Xcel format) at the time of your order. Shipments sent via Silver Service will be brought inside the door and includes no more than 2 flights of stairs. Shipments sent via Gold Service will be brought inside the home and includes up to 15 minutes of set up time. Be sure to reference our Non-Service Area list of zip codes to make sure your shipment will not have an increased cost due to inner city or remote locations. Via Your own Freight Carrier – Drop Ship Delivery You may choose to use your own shipping company and forward the Bill of Lading to us for final shipment. A $50 handling fee will be added to your final invoice from Suite Sleep if you choose this service. Accessories Via UPS (or a similar service) All other wholesale UPS shipments will have a $5 handling fee for drop shipments. Non-stocking dealers accounts will have this fee waived. All items are shipped FOB Boulder, CO or Ogdensberg, NY via best way. Transit Damage & Loss A claim for damage or loss in transit by the carrier is the consignee’s (end-user) responsibility to report damage at the time of delivery to the driver and it MUST be noted in writing on the Bill of Lading or Waybill provided by the driver. Important! Concealed damage MAY NOT be claimed with any carrier and it is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect contents of ALL boxes BEFORE signing the Bill of Lading. All claims must be made within 10 business days of delivery and MUST follow the claims procedures outlined below.
A shipping estimate can be obtained for all accessories at www.ups.com and the weights of most of our popular items can be downloaded. For all freight shipments, we will be happy to offer you a freight estimate when provided with the items and destination zip code and desired method of shipping. Important! A shipping estimate is NOT a guarantee of the total shipping cost. Circumstances beyond our control can alter the final shipping cost and our final cost will be reflected on your final invoice. We will do our best to give an accurate estimate of the ship date. However, holidays, supply disruptions and shortages sometimes conspire against us and your shipment may be delayed. Please reference our inventory list to see what is available immediately and advise your clients that items not in stock may take up to 8 weeks to ship during the peak season. We will not necessarily call you if your shipment is shipped out within a week of your ship date. If you would like to check the status of a shipment please submit the request via email and reference your order number. Returns & Re-Stocking Fees Returns will not be accepted without prior factory authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed to all returns not covered under the warranty. Mis-shipments When a client receives the wrong product, we must be notified within 10 business days of receipt. We email or fax an order confirmation with every order. Please use this as your final order since it will be sent to the manufacturer and cannot be changed or cancelled after 48 hours. If your confirmation is incorrect, it is your responsibility to correct it immediately. We will not refund any cost due to mis-shipped items when the items shipped matches our order confirmation. |
